1) How can I reserve a room?
Send us a reservation request, click on the top menu bar Bookings option.

2) How can I book the Hotels directly?
You are dealing with the Reservation office of the Cristina Hotels S.R.L., meaning that you are booking directly through the ownwers of all the accommodations displayed in this website.

3) How do I secure my reservation?
You can send us your Credit Card details  using our SECURE SERVER connection at https://www.cristinahotels.com/eng/secure.php  or sending the card details (Type, Holder, Number, Expiry date)  by fax (0039 0644704586).
The other option is making a Bank Wire maximum 7 days prior to arrival. You can also make a Western Union Money Transfer sending us the code of your transaction.
All these information you will receive from our reservation office.

4) How can I be sure that my reservation is confirmed?
Choosing one of above mentioned options means that as soon we get your information we will send you a confirmation receipt guaranteeing you 100% accommodation in one of our hotels/rooms.

5) Will you charge my C.C. before my arrival?
Your credit card details are just guaranteeing you to find a room when you arrive, it will not be charged so you have the possibility to pay in cash upon arrival.
In case of NO-SHOW without any previous written (email/fax) notification 48 hours before the arrival date we will charge the confirmed amount for the first night of your stay in one of our hotels/rooms.

6) How do I cancel my reservation?
Send us a written notification by fax/email maximum 48 hours before the date of arrival.

7) Is the breakfast included in the price?
A Continental Italian breakfast is included in all room rates and it is served in the room.

8) What does a Continental Italian breakfast consist of?
Coffee or tea and a croissant.

9) Is the price per room or per person?
The price is per room per night.

10) Is the breakfast included also in the price of a dorm?
Yes it is and it is served in the room.

11) Is there a lock out or a curfew?
No, you can come in and out whenever you want to.

12) What is a check out time?
10:00 am.

13) What is exactly a luggage storage?
If you have to catch a train or a plane late in the afternoon or in the evening, you can leave your luggage in the hotel free of charge.

14) Do you have any Tourist Info in the hotel?
In the meantime check out our Tourist Info Section in the web site and when you arrive to the hotel just ask at the reception for additional information.
